90mm Profile System
The 90mm wall width provides excellent structural rigidity and thermal performance. Combined with a 60mm glass fan thickness, this system accommodates double and triple glazing configurations.
Vehagen Hardware System
Premium Vehagen hardware throughout — multipoint locking, adjustable hinges, and handle sets. Optional inward opening and reversing system for maximum versatility.
GB-1.8mm Wall Thickness
Profile wall thickness meets GB national standard minimum of 1.8mm using Xinhe 6063-T5 primary aluminum for optimal strength and corrosion resistance.
Xinyi/Nanbo Glass
5mm+20A+5mm double-glazed units from leading glass suppliers Xinyi and Nanbo. Glass slot options of 30mm or 37mm square for flexibility.
Flexible Opening

Security & Sealing
Multi-point locking system prevents unauthorized entry. Specialized sealing strips block dust, rain, and noise for a quiet, comfortable interior.

Thermal Break
PA66-GF25 polyamide strip creates a continuous thermal barrier preventing heat transfer. Reduces condensation and significantly improves frame U-value.
Glazing System
5mm+20A+5mm double-glazed unit. Optional 30mm or 37mm glass slot. Triple-layer sealing with foam tapes, co-extruded seals, and structural silicone.
Drainage
Integrated multi-stage drainage channels direct water out through purpose-designed weep holes. Prevents accumulation regardless of rainfall intensity.
Profile Wall
GB-1.8mm wall thickness minimum. 6063-T5 aluminum alloy multi-chamber cavity construction for rigidity and thermal performance.
